Terms of Service
Scope of services, appointment policy and medication prescribing.
EMERGENCY NOTICE: Oasis Mental Care does not provide 24/7 emergency care or urgent crisis services. In case of a medical emergency or imminent suicidal ideation, call 911 immediately or contact the 988 Lifeline.
1. Scope of Telepsychiatry Services
Oasis Mental Care provides psychiatric evaluations, medication management, and supportive therapy to adults ages 21 to 64 residing in states where Isabel maintains active licensure (Florida, Oregon, Washington, South Carolina and Delaware). Sessions occur exclusively via secure virtual video calls.
2. Appointment & Cancellation Policy
We require at least 24 hours prior notice to cancel or reschedule any appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice or no-shows may be subject to a non-refundable cancellation fee.
3. Controlled Substances Prescribing Policy
Prescribing psychotropic medications occurs solely after a thorough clinical evaluation and at the health provider's sole discretion. Prescribing controlled substances strictly complies with the Ryan Haight Act and applicable federal/state laws.
